LOA & RA Policy

LOA and RA are for when you can’t meet normal activity expectations.

LOA (Leave of Absence)

Eligibility

• You must have a valid reason.

• You cannot have taken an LOA within the last 2 weeks.

• Max length is 2 weeks.

• Exceptions may be approved for serious situations.

What changes while on LOA

• Activity requirements do not apply.

  • No shift quota.

  • No Discord quota.

  • No activity check reaction required.

How to request

• Request LOA through Ducky.

RA (Reduced Activity)

Eligibility

• You must have a valid reason.

• You cannot have been on RA within the last 2 weeks.

• Max length is 1 week.

• Exceptions may be approved for serious situations.

What changes while on RA

• Your in-game quota is reduced.

  • Example: Moderator quota goes from 4 hours to 3 hours.

• Weekly message requirement still applies.

• You must still react to the weekly activity check.

If you miss the activity check reaction or the weekly message requirement while on RA, you will receive a strike.
